US software group Intuit has acquired Sequence, the London-based AI billing and revenue platform, in a deal reported to be worth about $200m. The company had raised roughly $40m from backers including Andreessen Horowitz and Passion Capital.
Skyfly Technologies has closed a $10m (£7.5m) seed round led by HICO Investment Group, with defence-tech fund Archangel participating, to take its two-seat Axe aircraft through certification ahead of first deliveries in 2027.

CoComply, a RegTech company based at Alderley Park in Cheshire, has raised £1.9m from NPIF II – Mercia Equity Finance, Haatch and a group of operator angels. It grew revenue by 240% in 2025 and expects growth of more than 120% this year.

Payments unicorn Zilch is committing £77m (€91m) to a ten-year lease on a 33,160 sq ft headquarters in Victoria, roughly doubling its London office capacity. The commitment follows a €150m debt and equity raise in November 2025 and comes while its acquisition of Fjord Bank is still pending.
ElevenLabs has completed a $300m (about £224m) secondary share sale at a $22bn valuation, double the $11bn price set in its $500m Series D in February. Wellington and T. Rowe Price co-led the tender, which brought six new institutions onto the cap table.
