London and New York-based wealthtech Nevis has raised a $70m (€62m) Series B led by EQT Ventures, taking total funding to $110m (€98m) within two years of its founding. Charles Schwab and QuantumLight, the venture fund of Revolut chief executive Nik Storonsky, join as new investors.
Nevis builds an AI operating system for wealth managers and financial advisers. It was founded in 2024 by chief executive Mark Swan, chief product officer Philipp Burda and chief operating officer Ivan Chalov, and pulls CRM, meeting notes, financial planning and custodian workflows into a single platform run by software agents.
The company says its customers oversee more than $700bn (€625bn) in client assets. Named clients include Focus Financial Partners, IEQ Capital and United Capital, and the platform has completed more than 100,000 operational tasks to date.
The deal
EQT Ventures led the round, with partner and head of fund Carolina Brochado backing the company. The Charles Schwab Corporation enters as a strategic investor, and QuantumLight, the fund Storonsky set up alongside Revolut, also joins the register.
Every existing investor increased its commitment, including Sequoia Capital, ICONIQ and Ribbit Capital. When every existing backer follows on, insiders are paying up to keep their stakes rather than being diluted by new money, a sign of confidence two years in.
Valuation, the size of each investor's cheque and the amount of primary versus secondary capital were not disclosed.
The $70m round accounts for close to two-thirds of the $110m the company has raised in total, so most of its outside capital has come in a single round. Revenue has reportedly grown more than 25-fold over the past year.
Strategic money
Schwab's involvement goes beyond the cheque. As one of the largest US custodians for independent advisers, it controls the infrastructure Nevis has to plug into. Jon Beatty, head of Schwab Advisor Services, said the investment and partnership extend the AI tools available to advisers on its platform.
QuantumLight uses an algorithm-driven investment model, and its participation links the round to the Revolut network.
Use of funds
Nevis said the capital will go towards expanding its agents' capabilities, building deeper integrations with custodians and other wealthtech platforms, and hiring across product and go-to-market teams.
The company says its software gives advisers back up to 10 hours a week, increases prospect meetings by 30% and cuts account opening from weeks to days.
Context
The round is one of the largest European wealthtech raises this year. Other 2026 rounds in advisory software include Copenhagen-based Performativ's €11.96m Series A and London's WealthAi, which closed an €837k pre-seed. Nevis's Series B is larger than those rounds put together.
